Retreats

Arjuna and Lynnie, two senior teachers in the Traditional Yoga Association    www.traditionalyoga.org  run regular Yoga Retreats between Spring and Autumn at The Pantglas Centre offering participants either an introduction to the full spectrum of Yoga including meditation or for experienced students a deepening of their practice. Retreats are also offered focussing on meditation, voice, Vedic astrology, massage, de-tox and of course the chill-out retreat where visitors can enjoy the stunning peace and tranquillity of Pantglas along with private sessions with Arjuna. Your Retreat

Arjuna and Lynnie welcome other Yoga and meditation teachers to run their Retreats at Pantglas and are always happy to discuss the requirements of your Retreat. Your group will have the whole of Pantglas to themselves and will be able to enjoy the exclusive use of all the facilities which of course includes our stunning studio, the unique experience of sleeping under the stars in our beautiful yurts, the communal dining and gathering area and the full 6 acres of land to explore. Workshops

One or half-day workshops focussing on specific aspects of Yoga, massage, meditation as well as therapeutic bodywork will be offered from 2012.
